Edinburgh Tea and Coffee Company has been blending in Scotland since 1812 - the first merchant in Britain to import tea outside of London. Their Highland Blend is sourced primarily from east of the Rift Valley in Kenya, where tea is grown and processed by smallholder farmers organised through the KTDA cooperatives. Chosen specifically for their bright golden colour and exceptional flavour, blended in small batches in Edinburgh.
Brisk, light, and refreshing with a bright golden cup. This is Edinburgh's afternoon tea - lighter and more delicate than the Scottish Breakfast, built for drinking through the day without the weight of a full breakfast blend. Works well black, with milk, or with a slice of lemon.
If you enjoy Edinburgh Highland Blend, our Scotch and Abram's Scottish Breakfast is our take on that same bold Scottish character - fuller bodied and built for the morning.
Availible in individually wrapped teabags.
