Promotion Policy: From time to time, we may offer promotions and discounts on our products. These promotions may be limited-time offers and subject to certain terms and conditions. Please check the details of the promotion for more information.

Reset Password: If you forget your password, click on the "forgot password" link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Wrong Order: If you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Change or Cancel an Order: If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may be processed and shipped quickly. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancel the order.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).
