Promotions & Discounts
We occasionally offer special promotions and discounts. These offers are valid for a limited time and may include specific terms and conditions. Please check the details provided with each promotion for eligibility and expiration information.
Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password, click the “Forgot password?” link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password securely.
Received the Wrong Order
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to correct the issue by offering a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Change or Cancel an Order
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
Return Policy
Tea is considered a food product and is non-returnable for safety and freshness reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement. For non-food items (such as teaware), returns are accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. View our full return policy for details.
Shipping Information
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times and rates vary depending on location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75. We also ship to Canada, Mexico, and Australia. View our full shipping policy for more information.
