Received the Wrong Order

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to correct the issue with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Change or Cancel an Order

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@teadog.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

Returns & Replacements

Tea is a food product and is non-returnable for safety and freshness reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right at no cost to you. For non-food items such as teaware, returns are accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. View our full returns policy for details.

Shipping Information

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times and rates vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders with a subtotal of $75 or more before tax. View our full shipping policy for details.
