Scotch and Abram's Irish Breakfast is our take on the bold, full-bodied cup that has defined Irish tea culture for generations. Broken Orange Pekoe grade - BOP - which produces a faster, fuller infusion than whole leaf grades, giving each cup a rich, consistent colour and depth from the first pour. Pure black tea, no additions, no distractions.
Full-bodied, bold, and satisfying with a deep, rich colour and a clean, malty finish. Strong enough that one heaped teaspoon does the job - this is not a delicate cup. Works beautifully with milk, though it holds up perfectly well without. If you want the same character without the caffeine, the Decaf Irish Breakfast uses CO2 decaffeination to keep every bit of the flavour intact.
