London Fruit & Herb Blackcurrant Tea

The London Fruit and Herb Company started as a small apothecary near the Port of London, where herbs and spices from around the world arrived by ship. Their Blackcurrant Bracer is one of their most popular blends - built on real blackcurrant juice and pulp rather than artificial flavouring, alongside hibiscus, rosehip, blackberry leaves, and a touch of liquorice root for natural sweetness. No added sugar, no artificial colours or preservatives, naturally caffeine free.

Bold, tangy, and intensely fruity with a deep ruby colour. The blackcurrant is the dominant note - bright and sharp with a natural sweetness from the liquorice root underneath. A strawberry juice addition gives a subtle softness to the finish. Works well hot or iced, and particularly good over ice with a slice of lemon in summer.

Teabags are individually wrapped.

Blueberry Bliss is the closest comparison within the London Fruit and Herb range - same real fruit juice base, softer and rounder where Blackcurrant Bracer is sharp and bold. Clipper Blackcurrant and Blueberry is the organic alternative with a similar dark berry character. Apple Cinnamon is worth considering if you want something from the same brand but warmer and sweeter rather than tangy.
