Brodies Famous Edinburgh Tea has been blended in Scotland since the 1928, named after the city where Brodies has been importing tea since 1867. Unlike most Scottish teas which lean on Assam for body and malt, Famous Edinburgh is Ceylon-based - lighter, smoother, and more refreshing - with Kenyan teas added for brightness and a clean, lively edge.
Fairtrade certified since 1998. A good all-day tea that works particularly well in the afternoon when you want something lighter than a full breakfast blend. Holds up well with milk but is approachable enough to drink without.
If you enjoy Brodies Famous Edinburgh, our Scotch and Abram's Crown Jewel is our take on a similar style - Ceylon, Assam, and Darjeeling blended for a full-bodied yet lively cup.
