We're committed to getting your tea to you quickly and safely. Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days, and we partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery. Please read the details below to understand our shipping process and terms.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping time estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days via FedEx Ground Economy, UPS Ground Saver, or USPS Ground Advantage (U.S. addresses only)
  • FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days (continental U.S.)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days (continental U.S.)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (before tax). Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping services.

Order Modifications

We're happy to make changes before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify it. If a return or address correction results in additional carrier fees, those costs will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please allow up to 3 days and then contact us. Occasionally, packages are scanned as delivered before they are actually dropped off. If we are unable to locate your package, we will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue on your behalf.

Please note: We are unable to refund or replace orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing an order.
