If I want to return a tea, where do I start?
Although it is not required, it is best to contact us before you return the tea. You can use any method on our Contact Us page to reach us. Also, tea packages change frequently and brand names can change, so if you contact us we can answer any of your questions or concerns.
To which address do I return the tea?
Please return the tea to our Dallas, TX office. Please do not return it the NY address on the packing slip. The NY address is our warehouse and if the tea gets returned there, it may become confused with all the other shipments the warehouse processes. When will I get a refund?
Once we get the tea back, we will process a refund within 2 business days. The refund will be applied to the original payment method, such as credit card, Pay Pal or Google Pay. If the refund is being applied to a credit card, it may take a few days before it shows up on your credit card. Once we process your refund, we will send you an email confirmation just to follow-up.
What if I want to exchange the tea for another variety?
Once we get the tea back in our possession, we will process a refund. We will process your refund within 2 business-days of getting the tea back.
What happens if I change my mind and the order has already shipped?
If you want to cancel or change your order and it has already shipped, you have two options. First,just refuse the tea when it gets delivered and it will come back to us. After you have refused it, send us an email and let us know so we can look for your package. If you were not able to refuse it and the package was delivered, contact us and we will help you.
