    Lovely Tea

Very difficult to find in the stores, I finally found it on teadog.com. Shipped quickly and the tea is fresh and delicious. Downside is the cost to ship the product.

Posted by BCE on Nov 23rd 2017

My favourite Assam easy-to-use gauze tea bags, which I have been drinking for 20 years or more for its taste and health-giving properties, is now impossible to find anywhere in Canada. Extremely grateful to Teadog.com for stocking it and for exceptional customer service. I will be placing another large order soon!

The shipping was very fast, and well packaged. I liked the service, and will order again when the tea I have now runs out.

    Outstanding, delicious tea.

Assam tea is one of the best flavored teas I've ever had and this brand in particular has an outstanding taste. The convenience of having it in bags is also an excellent addition. Most Assam teas can only be purchased loose and having it in a bag gives this product a competitive edge.

    A great anytime tea.

A lovely tea for anytime. Has a smooth, med-high body with a bright finish. Can get bitter if brewed for too long.

    Good Quality Assam

Posted by Kanjiro on Apr 6th 2011

Ok another good tea from Taylors, I drink their Lapsang Souchong which I think is the best available. I find this Assam on the same level Quality wise. It's a nice change of pace tea for me.

I'm not an expert on Assam that's why I gave it a conservative 4 stars.

    Undistinguished, Bland

Posted by Liz on Mar 29th 2011

Assam, alone, lacks flavor. One drinks it for the kick of caffeine and other ingredients. It does it but a shame it has such a bland taste. Beautiful packaging. But not in foil and with already almost no flavor, what little it has will fade away unless sealed in tin, glass or dense plastic. Suggest getting Assam mixed with other teas for flavor, or use one bag of this Assam plus one bag of a flavo

A delicious and flavorful Assam tea.

A bold tea with a flavor that is strong but not bitter, malty with a hint of sweetness without actually being sweet.
