Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped out Monday through Friday. We offer the following shipping methods:
- UPS Ground Saver: Delivery within 3-7 business days within the continental US.
- UPS Ground: Delivery within 1-5 business days within the continental US.
- USPS: Delivery within 2-5 business days within the continental US.
- International Shipping: We offer shipping to Mexico, Canada, and Australia. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. You can view the shipping rates at checkout before submitting your order. Please note that free shipping is not available on international orders.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (excluding taxes and discounts) within the continental US. Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. You can view the shipping rates and estimated shipping times at checkout before submitting your order.
Lost Packages or Incorrect Address: If you provide incorrect shipping information and the package is lost, we are unable to issue a refund for the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate. If a package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the problem.
Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customs and duties fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.
Return Policy:
We accept returns of tea products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at myorder@teadog.com or 888-299-1214 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s) to us.
All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unopened condition. We cannot accept returns of opened tea products due to FDA regulations. If the product has been opened or used, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
If you receive a damaged or defective product or any tea that has a best by date earlier than advertised, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the product meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product(s), less any shipping charges. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for returns unless the return is due to our error.
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
