To Make Perfect Cup of London Fruit & Herb
Always fill your kettle with fresh, cold water every time you make tea. If you use previously boiled water, all the oxygen in the water will be gone by the time it boils a second time. The oxygen in the water is necessary to bring out the full flavor in a cup of tea.

First, bring the water to a rolling boil. Then, pour water in a mug over the tea bag. London Fruit & Herb recommends using 1 tea bag per cup. Allow tea to steep for 5 minutes and remove the tea bag. Sweeten to taste. Since this is an herbal tea, it is best not to pour milk over the tea.

Blackberry Leaves, Hibiscus, Liquorice Root, Apple Pulp, Blackcurrant Pulp, Rosehip, Blackcurrant Leaves, Blackcurrant Juice, Citric Acid and Strawberry Juice.

I can't get this tea anymore in British Columbia, although Safeway and Quality Foods used to carry it. It became my very favorite, and I was so very disappointed when I couldn't find it anymore. Having it shipped from the USA is quite pricey, when you add on the shipping and exchange rate, but I'm hoarding it all for myself. Extremely flavorful and full bodied. You can't say that for most herbal teas! I use one bag per cup and let it steep a long time.

I was hoping to find the black currant tea I had recently from Ringtonメs teas. I purchased the London Fruit & Herb from Tea Dog and it is pretty close to the same flavor. If I canメt find Ringtonメs, this will be my go to.

I love this tea - have since I discovered it 15 years ago. For some unknown reason about 10 years ago I could no longer purchase it locally and the internet either wouldnメt deliver it to my province or didnメt deliver to Canada at all. I continued to search occasionally and then to my huge surprise I found teadog who not only carried this product but also delivered to Canada, to my address and also for a reasonable price!! Thank you so much 😊

We were introduced to this tea while stationed in the UK and have fallen in love with it. It has a very strong blackcurrant taste and does not even need sugar to bring out the flavor.

I am English & have been drinking this tea all my life! I love the flavor which is much better than a black tea infused with blackcurrant.
