Jacksons of Piccadilly Tea
In the 1800s, tea was a new, exciting and exotic beverage. Tea blending was still being developed. In British society, it was usual practice for consumers to blend different tea themselves at home. Using his innovative foresight, Robert Jackson decided to offer pre-blended teas for sale directly to consumers from his warehouse in Piccadilly. It was there that the first ever Jackson blend originated. By 1815, Robert Jackson had established a fine reputation as a tea blender.

For three years, my niece has searched for Jacksons of Piccadilly Earl Grey tea. I decided to search for the internet, and at the suggestion of my British friends, I even tried Harrods in London. NO LUCK. Then, I happened to discover teadog.com. I was so happy to find the very rare tea! My niece was absolutely thrilled! Thank you, thank you!
