Since we deal with many unique and hard-to-get teas, we do not take backorders. You can be notified when an out-of-stock tea becomes available by clicking on the product and then entering your email under "Enter your email address to be notified when this item is back in stock." Orders over $75 ship free. You can get exact shipping prices before submitting payment. Add the tea to your cart and then at checkout, you will have several shipping choices, including USPS and UPS.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 24 hours.
Does teadog.com ship outside of the USA?
At this time teadog does not support international shipping.
When will my credit card be charged?
We only sell in-stock items. You are not able to order out-of-stock items. Over 98% of orders ship within 24 hours. As such, your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed.
What should I do if my order is incorrect?
Do I need to create an account or use a password to order?
