If you are a drinker of strong tea in the morning, Brodie's is the best and most authentic Scottish-style breakfast tea I've found.
Black or milky, Brodie's maintains both flavor and clarity; it converted this former coffee drinker. The Afternoon tea is excellent as well, not quite as brisk.
This is the best packaged blend of tea I've ever had. It's smooth enough for drinking plain and bold enough to take milk or lemon. It has a "creamy" finish without any astringency. To my tastes just a great cup of tea.
I recommend you control the strength through the amount of tea you use and keep the brewing time below 4 minutes.
Finally, it comes in an ideal package for keeping loose tea fresh. It's really worth a try.
Thirty years ago, I toured Scotland and drank Scottish breakfast tea every day. The superb taste of Brodie's breakfast tea bring back fond memories of Scotland.
This, along with PG Tips, is one of my favorites. I usually mix the two half and half.
This is a delicious Scottish breakfast tea, nice and malty but not bitter. I love it.
I prefer strong, malty tea and Brodie's Scottish Breakfast is the maltiest I've ever tasted. It is a wonderful, invigorating tea without bitterness. I drink it any time.
