    The granulated tea-leaves are to only improvement ever to the traditional brewed tea, in a real teapot. Calling tea dust in paper condoms tea is an abomination, and don't get me started on the various concoctions offered as tea in the so-called "Tea Section" of upscale stores.

    Barry's Golden tea is well known and very popular. It has a nice body and a lovely finish. It makes a great morning tea because the flavor is so lovely even when one is not quite awake. In the afternoon it totally rocks.

    Golden colored tea with medium body. Smooth and flavorfull-toned down version of Barry's Classic. Perfect for after meals and afternoon.

    My favorite way to enjoy this tea is in the morning with a little half n half and natural sugar, but it would be delicious any time of day.

    I wrote a comparative review of Barry's Gold, PG Tips and Ty-phoo (see Ty-phoo for that review). I found PG Tips and Barry's Gold to be similar. Both are CTC (Cut Tear Curl) processed teas which means they're comprised of tiny tea "pellets" that brew a full bodied cup of tea quickly. I like Barry's Gold and PG Tips. Between the two I found Barry's to a be a tad heavier (not in a bad way). I w
