Just the best July 6, 2017
Reviewer: Paula from Detroit, MI United States
Smooth and flavorful true tea taste. Good with lemon and honey, lemonade, and milk and/or sugar. Don't waste your time on any others, and if you want to do it right, use loose, not bags.

Yum! September 8, 2014
Reviewer: holly Webster from raleigh, NC United States
Although I am not sure "yum" is an appropriate way to describe tea, that was my reaction to my first sip.  Nice body without being thick, good bite without astringency, doesn't "stew" if held in a pot.  I drank it with milk and sugar and this blend is robust enough to stand up to these additions.

Strong tea for Breakfast October 9, 2012

Better than coffee in the morning. Wakes us up but doesn't make us jittery.

Like it Better Than The Gold January 10, 2012
Reviewer: Joe S from NE Pennsylvania
Like it more than the Gold.  I agree with the other reviewer that the tea is really fine and does not work too well with a tea ball.  I make it by the gallon using sugar, lemon, and fresh honey (not the store bought kind) by using a coffee filter.  Makes quite the tasty tea to be enjoyed anytime.  You need to be careful though because its pretty strong and you can end up making a really strong batch

A Great Eye Opener April 18, 2011
Reviewer: DIYinSTL from St. Louis, MO
This is the tea I start every week with; it get's me going on Monday mornings.  It's big bold flavors are more robust than the "Gold" version.  It also falls into the economy category which fills my needs Monday through Saturday.  I like my tea STRONG and this brews up well without being bitter.  The texture is like little balls, smaller than PG Tips, with very few fines at the bottom of your cup.
