Perfect breakfast! January 25, 2018

A bit of sugar and a little milk in a cup, pour in this tea from the pot and you have the perfect breakfast tea. I just keep adding tea every time the cup is about half empty and the brew is good to the very end of the 16 ounces in my pot.

I use Taylor's English Breakfast both as a fourth part of my own blend and "straight" -- one tea scoop per 8 oz. cup, plua scoop for the pot. It's a tea with a medium body, nice amber color and a nice, tart "bite", like a good (and fresh) Chinese Keemun. Consistent quality from package to package. An excellent tea.
