Scottish Blend Tea Bags 240
Scottish Blend Tea is no ordinary tea. Scottish Blend Tea was the first tea to be specially blended to match the softness of Scotland's water. Today, Scottish Blend is Scotland's second favorite tea.

Buy the Bigger Box and Save
Scottish Blend Tea Bags 240 will save about $5 over ordering 3 boxes of 80 Tea Bags. Plus, you get a great cup of tea for about 10 cents per cup.

Scottish Blend is Made from Rainforest Alliance Certified Tea Leaves
Scottish Blend is made with 100% tea leaves. The tea leaves used to make it are Rainforest Alliance Certified, which means the makers of the tea have committed to protect the environment, ensure decent working conditions for farm workers and provide access to education and healthcare for the workers and their families.

How to Make Iced Tea with Scottish Blend
Are you an iced tea drinker? If so, here is how you can use Scottish Blend Tea Bags to make an excellent iced tea. Gather the following ingredients:

4 Scottish Blend Tea Bags
2 cups boiled water
3 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 cups cold water
sweeten to taste
ice cubes
lemon slices and mint

Then, boil 2 cups of water and place in 4 teabags. Steep for 3-4 minutes and then remove tea bags. Pour tea in pitcher and cool. Add sweetener and 3 teaspoons lemon juice. Stir to dissolve. Add 2 cups cold water. Chill. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.

Scottish Blend Pyramid Shape Tea Bags
Scottish Blend Tea comes in the famous pyramid-shaped tea bags. Officially, the pyramid tea bags are officially known as Freeflow pyramid tea bags. In 1999, Scottish Blend switched to the pyramid tea bag. Pyramid tea bags act as small teapots and allow the tea leaves to move more freely, producing a better tasting tea. Pyramid tea bags allow 50% more room for the tea leaves to move. More room for the tea leaves results in a better infusion and a superior cup of tea.

Unilever (corporate owners of Scottish Blend) are credited with inventing the pyramid tea bag. In 1996, Unilever first introduced the pyramid tea bag with PG Tips tea. It took over 4 years to invent the pyramid tea bag. The pyramid bags are made of webbed fibers, which means the water can reach the tea leave quicker.

Classic Scottish Blend Commercials
Scottish Blend aired a series of classic television commercials in a series called Fiona's Cafe. The series featured actress Aline Mowat. Here is one such commercial featuring a tea invention thankfully teadog.com never sold.

Also good with Lake Michigan Water! July 5, 2018
Reviewer: Joy E. from Racine, WI
The box of Scottish Tea says, "Specially blended for Scottish water." That may be so, but, I can tell you for a fact that it is also fantastic with other waters. I have used it with bottled water, filtered well water, and Lake Michigan water, and it always comes out delicious! If you like a smooth, full bodied tea try this one; I don't think you will be disappointed.
