What is the return policy?
How do I return an item?
teadog.com wants you to be completely happy and totally satisfied with your
purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your
purchase, we will provide a complete refund. No questions asked. We
will refund the price of the tea but not the shipping charges. If
you want to exchange the tea for another kind of tea, we will charge
shipping to send out the exchanged order.
Just
return your order and we will provide a complete refund. Make sure to
put information in the returned box so we know it is your order.
