Description Brand History

Darjeeling has a reputation as the champagne of teas. Taylors Afternoon Darjeeling is made from tea leaves of the Darjeeling region of India. The regions famous tea estates are in the foothills of the Himalaya mountains, rising 6,000 feet above sea level. The high altitude and cool mountain air slows the growth of the tea leaves, which allows a fuller flavor to develop. The small crop make Darjeeling one of the most exclusive and expensive teas available.

Taylors Afternoon Darjeeling Tea has a subtle and delicate flavor, which is described as similar to muscatel grapes. Taylors Afternoon Darjeeling is best enjoyed without milk or sugar.
