Subtle exoctic tastes.. May 8, 2009 Reviewer: Agnes Khoo Schwenk from West View, PA United States   I love the smell and tastes of lemongrass. It is an essential ingredient for The Straits Chinese cuisine, Malay, Indonesian and most of South East Asia countries too. Lemongrass is quite like ginger. It can aid in digestion and inflammation issues too. This blend is very subtle and exotic. It freshens you up after an oily meal. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn to use lemongrass in their diet. This blend will make it easier for New Tasters...learning to like this wonderful spice/herb. Enjoy!
